Please ensure the delivery location is clear, accessible and well lit. For the carrier’s safety we can only deliver to a location that does not require the carrier to get out of their vehicle.
You can report missed deliveries through the delivery issue page of the self-service tools or by emailing email@example.com.
When a paper is filed as missed, the subscription is extended. This means that the expiration date and auto renewal processing date (7 days before the expiration) is one delivery day later. Auto renewal will always process for the same amount but one day later.
We offer next day recoveries for missed deliveries. If the route was not delivered due to staffing shortages, we will not be able to recover the paper. Next day delivery for Sunday's paper is a Tuesday delivery. Submit your request by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 207-791-6074.
